Postal Treat Boxes
When you place your order, the box will be posted out the following Wednesday or Thursday. Please be advised that once your order has been collected it is out of our hands and therefore we cannot take responsibility for postal delays. If your box does not arrive for some reason, please contact us on our social media page and we will endeavour to resolve this for you.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns unless there is an issue with the products received. Refunds will only be issued if there is significant damage to the product in transport or in certain unforeseen circumstances E.g. wrong items received.
Collection Treat Boxes
Once you have placed your order, your box will be available to collect the following Saturday, from the Address provided. Please note that the collection times are 9-11am on Saturdays. Please contact us on social media to arrange another collection date / time if required.

Treat Boxes:
Due to our Treat Boxes being made fresh to order, we do not offer refunds on these, except in certain circumstances. If for any reason there is an issue with your order (E.g. Excessive damage, missing items, wrong order received etc), please contact us on our social media, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue for you.
*We do not offer ‘Free From’ bakes. All our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles all the recognised 14 allergens, therefore we cannot promise that they will not be at risk of cross contamination.*
Please note: we do not take responsibility for postal delays or slight damage to bakes in transport, as this is out of our hands. All our items are either shipped or collected by you.
